Just like kids play doctor and wolves play hunt Shared Skins is a toy that uses dress up and snap together pieces to play liberation. If we want a world where everyone is thriving and liberated from marginalization and hate maybe we should practice what it feels like.

The sculpture components are small organically shaped quilts made from reclaimed materials ringed with snaps.

Some of the sculpture components also visit the homes of disabled community member so they can participate in the evolution of the exhibition remotely.
